    Here&#8217;s a Crane/Crow pose I forgot I had. The first balancing pose I ever attempted. I had a ton of laughs when I first learned this one years back - Just imagine accidentally falling out of it, okay? Sometimes I&#8217;d fall face first, &amp; sometimes I&#8217;d look like a frog 🐸 You try 👍 I&#8217;ve found my balance &amp; strength by now though.

(I pretty much make a 5 year commitment when it comes to fitness shoes. More or less depending on quality👍)
