Hollow back handstands & variations are some of my favorite to practice. It really opens up my back & gives my shoulders a good stretch. I’ve found it to be an easy resting pose that allows me to just relax & breathe. This is a good pose to practice if you’re trying to achieve more flexibility in your spine, while strengthening your arms. After a few practices you’ll be able to see flexibility progress & sit deeper in the stretch.
Weighted core workout completed 💪 I can’t wait to start seeing lean muscle definition everywhere. I’m off to write my two month gym routine & nutrition plan. 👍 So many goals I’m striving to achieve. I can, I will. Who’s gonna stop me? 👊 ;)

I got to experience my first Wheatgrass shot today. I had been hearing so much hype about it at work that I needed to try it for myself. Over time I had different people tell me about their experiences with it, what to expect, how it tastes, how it made them feel, etc. I was expecting it to be intolerable & gross. But it really wasn’t that bad at all. I enjoyed the earthy taste & plan on adding it to my pre-workout routine often.

Another month to start fresh & reach our goals! At the beginning of every month I write out a list of goals I aim to accomplish by the next month. It keeps me motivated, determined, & dedicated. All of my goals range from improving my body, my way of thinking, the lives of people around me, my passions, & many more things. I encourage you to make a list of at least 5 or more things you’d like to improve, & then aim to reach those goals by the end of the month! They can be as small or as big as you’d like. Don’t forget to challenge yourself & remember to take things one day at a time!

🍉Pay a compliment a day! Show kindness & make someone smile.
🍉Complete 60 minutes of planking & the 1000 Burpees a month challenge by July 1st.

I’m 4lbs heavier in muscle since last month. Can’t wait for my gains to be visible💪 I haven’t been doing any fitness program, just my own routine. A lot of core work, weights, squats, yoga, etc. I’m focusing on building muscle, & toning up. Definitely focusing on project ‘dat ass’ too. I don’t feel the need to lose more weight, just maintaining my current weight. So stoked on my progress though!
No pain, no gain! 👊
