    Here&#8217;s some incredible breakfast inspiration by the lovely @anniskk. It almost looks TOO good to eat! 😍🍴 This blue is with banana, yellow plums, green currants, soygurt, spirulina - topped with nana, blackcurrants, flaxseeds, chia seeds, coconut, bee pollen and homemade cacao-goji muesli.

    Today is a good day. Mere seconds after this photo was taken I made toe-to-bun contact!😱 Something I&#8217;ve been working for what feels like forever. I looked back at a photo of my first ever scorpion pose attempt (accompanied by wall &amp; extreme banana back) &amp; if anyone would have told me I&#8217;d be able to do the above, I&#8217;d ask who they were trying to kid?! In the beginning I was always hesitant to try poses like this because I didn&#8217;t think I had the strength, the balance, the patience, blah blah. I thought I would surely hurt/hospitalize myself.  The mind is a powerful thing, once you get over your fear, believe in yourself, your abilities, &amp; actually TRY you will be amazed at what you can accomplish. But it will always start with that first attempt, &amp; you won&#8217;t be perfect or a pro right away. It does take time &amp; patience, but its worth it. πŸ’•βœ¨ Next goal is to get my feet to my head. πŸ‘πŸ™Š

    This couldn&#8217;t be anymore true. The body achieves what the mind believes. If you&#8217;re confident in your abilities &amp; goals you will push through to reach them. If you doubt yourself &amp; your abilities, you will be likely to put less effort in. Train yourself to believe giving up isn&#8217;t an option, because it isn&#8217;t. Train your mind to be as strong as your body &amp; visa versa. This applies not only to your fitness, but in other parts of your life.  Believe you can &amp; you will. This is your life, stop waiting for tomorrow &amp; start today. πŸ‘ Be the person to lift someone higher when they&#8217;re filled with self doubt. Be a light in someone&#8217;s life.✨

    Oddly enough, burpees &amp; squats are two of my favorites. I know a lot of people haaaaate them, but I feel the most worked out when I do them.πŸ™Š I decided to start doing this workout when I first wake up in the morning to rev up my metabolism, along with downing at least 8oz of ice cold lemon water. πŸ’ͺ Do work.

    Oddly enough, burpees & squats are two of my favorites. I know a lot of people haaaaate them, but I feel the most worked out when I do them.πŸ™Š I decided to start doing this workout when I first wake up in the morning to rev up my metabolism, along with downing at least 8oz of ice cold lemon water. πŸ’ͺ Do work.

    Today&#8217;s lunch made this hot day more bearable. Honey Greek yogurt, an assortment of frozen berries, fresh ground organic peanut butter with a sprinkle of granola &amp; flax seed. Cold, refreshing, &amp; delicious. πŸ“πŸ™Š

    Late night workouts πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ Super stoked on my new Star Wars leggings. I focused on my legs &amp; flexibility tonight. Wound up doing 32 floors in 8 minutes on the stairmaster. That&#8217;s a new personal best! Can&#8217;t wait to beat the time &amp; do double/triple the levels. I&#8217;m more motivated than ever &amp; its such a great feeling.

    Late night workouts πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ Super stoked on my new Star Wars leggings. I focused on my legs & flexibility tonight. Wound up doing 32 floors in 8 minutes on the stairmaster. That’s a new personal best! Can’t wait to beat the time & do double/triple the levels. I’m more motivated than ever & its such a great feeling.

Not pictured is the mass amount of Sriracha sauce I drowned it in. πŸ˜πŸ” I used olive oil, salt, pepper, &amp; paprika for seasoning. Definitely a good lunch, dinner, or side dish. πŸ‘
